Disappointed

Ive contacted Jiff support several times about issues Ive had with points not syncing for various activities for over a month now and am still waiting for them to be resolved. The app also frequently crashes.

Highly problematic

I am using this app as part of a big corporate challenge--and Ive had nothing but problems with it, from sync issues to server problems. For almost two weeks now, Ive sent emails to address steps not registering. After receiving the same customer service email a few times, and being assured my steps were not lost, they are essentially lost! I worked at a startup and find this unacceptable.

Please fix the errors in the Jiff Store

I have a credit that I cant use. I get errors on address and selecting a product.

Such a piece of crap

This is seriously one of the worst written apps I have ever seen. It is incredibly buggy, constantly fails to track all of your points, crashes often, and frequently cant be used due to "Server Maintenance". If you ever contact support youll get a very friendly but completely useless reply like, "Were working on it!" But rest assured, no one will ever fix any of the bugs you report. Ever. The people who work on this app should be ashamed of themselves. Its a joke.

The organization I work for recently started working with this app to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. The app doesnt seem to work properly and the gentlemen I spoke with at Jiff acted as if he couldnt fix my issue. Ive been tracking my steps and sleep for months and months for no reason apparently...because their IT cant fix the issue I have.

Solid

This app is seriously solid. I dont normally write reviews, but I have to say... I totally dig being rewarded for doing things I normally do anyway AND it syncs with my Fitbit perfectly.

Awesome app

From the time I started using Jiff, Ive been walking almost twice as much as before. Im healthier and I feel better! Love Jiff.

Very useful app

This app consolidates all that i need to keep track of my health. Its easy to use and i like that you can earn points and exchange it.

Does the opposite of what you would expect

The application was so poorly done that my blood pressure increased with the frustration I felt using it. Clicking any button results in a failed call to the server. The only upside is that it is the only the second worst application I have used this year.

Pretty bad

My companys employee health program uses this app. It doesnt do a great job syncing in a timely manner (or at all) in my case. Limited tech support available.

Wish you could give this -100 stars

Extremely frustrating to constantly have this app fail to sync data from other apps. Be prepared to constantly fight with this app to get it to record data accurately. Youre better off not even bothering regardless of the rewards your employer offers. The benefits you get from the added exercise are offset 100 fold in the frustration you will have trying to get this app to do what it is supposed to do. Expect to be told time and time again to relink your tracker to fix the problem which has become a daily event. I suppose the rage this induces would be considered raising your metabolism from their point of view. If you have a heart condition, you’d be better off deleting this piece of garbage.

Good look

Fun to participate with coworkers. We go on walks together at lunch sometimes now and we talk about Jiff all the time.

Be healthy and earn rewards

Helps track various activities and earn points that can be redeemed for rewards. Great way to get rewarded for staying active. Saving up my points to win the luxury vacation!

Cool rewards

My company keeps the rewards center stocked with cool stuff. Its awesome to be competitive with coworkers and earn for healthy behavior.

Wont let me contact support because of Update

This app is the worst. I tried contacting customer support and because it identified a new update, it wouldnt let me finish my message. It popped up a window saying "Theres a new version of Jiff. Please update." And only a single UPDATE button. I tried coming back to the app and finish my customer service inquiry but the message would immediate pop back up. Tried going airplane mode to finish composing my message and it gave me a "This app requires an Internet connection." Ugh. The worst.

Great App

This app is beautiful. It delivers a great consumer experience. It is reliable and I never have any sync issues.
